Very friendly, personal and responsive staff. Lovely large unit which was perfect for family of 4 with a toddler and baby. Super clean, easy check in and comfortable. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Mulwala

The unit was clean, beds comfortable. Extra blankets and pillows if required. Kitchen utilities sufficient, nicely furnished, large table for a family. Very peaceful despite being off a main road. Although we travelled as a couple it would be ideal for a family. The outdoor area is spacious, allowing children to have space. We are going to recommend DBJ Holiday Units to our Daughter should her family want holiday in Yarrawonga. The best special touch and most appreciated was we walked into a wonderfully warm unit. We arrived on a very cold day. Thankyou, it was greatly appreciated !! Would highly recommend this property.

We had a comfortable stay. We would stay again if we visited this side next time.

The property was immaculate! There was a lot of attention to detail. Kitchen amenities as in cups, glasses, and other items that one would need were aplenty. Though we only stayed one night but I was impressed with all the Kitchen provisions that a family would need if they were staying longer! Our door was open for us to walk into the unit and we were informed where the keys were. The heating was on in the lounge room. Very comfy sofa's too. Danielle was lovely to deal with.

Spotlessly clean. Everything that you need in the villa. Comfy beds. Great location and quiet. No road noise at all. We have stayed before and will definitely stay again. Hopefully next time we will be able to stay longer. Definitely recommend.

Location was only 5 mins drive to anywhere in Mulwala or Yarrawonga. Unit was very well set up and very clean. Host was responsive to any questions and assisted us with a later than planned check-in. Would recommend and will stay here again.

Nothing to really dislike about our stay or the property. Easy to find, clear signage and well lite up at night. Even though it was on the main road, it was still very quiet.

Great location with self-contained unit so we were able to cook our own breakfast.

My family would like to thank you for our all to brief stay at your most impressive DBJ Units. Without fear of contradiction we found all that any family group could wish for in a holiday stay. The neatness of your facilities inside and out are a credit to you. Not a blade of grass out of place, you provided everything for a most enjoyable holiday. Great little gem!!

This is a 3 bedroom house/apartment. It was very clean & well looked after. Full working kitchen with full size fridge oven microwave & plenty of utensils. There was a TV in every bedroom and living room. Shower/bathroom was very large with great hot water & pressure. Beds were comfy plenty of pillows & blankets. It had fully equipped laundry with tub washing machine & dryer. The toilet was separate from bathroom which is good if there are a few travellers. There is also a barbeque & a decent size heated pool. We just loved it!!

Nothing more you could want for in a holiday rental.

That everything you need in a holiday rental is catered for in these units, and at a reasonable price. Spacious, exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen, bathroom/laundry with washing machine, clothes rack and washing line to dry clothes. Separate toilet. Large bedrooms with lots of storage, additional TV’s, bedside lamps and tables. Undercover parking. Quiet location, yet close to Yarrawonga. What’s not to like!

Everything. We booked a two bedrooms unit and a three bedrooms unit. Both units are spacious, very clean and welcoming. The units smell nice and the air-con was on when we arrived. In terms of the beds, we found it comfortable, didn’t find it hard. The amenities are great! There is no wifi but you are on holidays, so go and enjoy the real world!

I'd highly recommend this property and will definitely be back one day, hopefully in summer so we can enjoy the pool. We stayed in unit 2. It was very clean and comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. It was also lovely and quiet. I really liked the space around the unit, i.e. not being jammed up against other holiday makers.

We absolutely loved it all that we wanted to buy the property if we had the money for us and our family to live in for the rest of our lives. The pool was a lovely setting, the rooms where clean, spaces and great value for money and had EVERYTHING you need in them plus more.

Beautiful Units nice and clean and tidy and also they have got everything there from cutlery pots and pans you don't have to take anything with you and close to my fishing spots.

Wonderful facilities, clean and spacious, comfortable and warm on some freezing cold days. Lovely extra little touches like board games and cards in the cupboards, kids’ books, etc. we really enjoyed our stay. Great value for money.

Very spacious, great facilities. Bath for kids would have been nice but laundry sink was big enough. Also single split system for heating meant back bedroom got quite cool overnight. Overall it was a great place to stay and next time we'll bring bathers and bikes. Would also be fantastic to book a few units with friends for an easy family friendly getaway. Staff were easy to deal with and met our special requests. Loved the extra touches such as a box of kids toys and books as well as some novels to give it a real holiday house feel.

Roomy Clean and great place to stay for a night to attend a wedding in the Yarrawonga/Mulwala area with courtesy buses to run you to and from venues in the area.

The flats were everything that we wanted and so comfortable. TV's in every bedroom as well as the living room. Working in the kitchen was like being at home. Large bathroom and laundry. Excellent accommodation for all the family. Plenty if space for car parking and children to play.

The property was extremely clean and well maintained. Layout of the apartment was great and it had everything we needed. We had the 2-bedroom apartment (2) on the street but there was no street noise at all. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean, comfortable, spacious, the kitchen had everything that you generally have in your own cupboards & drawers. It was just brilliant. Definitely will stay there again & have already recommended it to many.

The unit was spotless clean with a great layout. It was really well appointed with everything being thought of. We were really happy with the accomodation and the swimming pool was a bonus! The unit is located just a very short drive from the main thoroughfare. For those wanting to walk to where the shops are, this may be an issue, however it was exactly what we wanted so it suited us perfectly. The communication with the owner was also very easy. Can't wait to return.

I liked the little bit extra that obviously goes into the cleaning and maintenence of these units. We will return with family in the future without hesitation.

The unit was utterly and completely fully equipped from aluminium foil, glad wrap, spare batteries for remotes. The kitchen was fully operational, nothing was scrimped on. The bathroom was very generous in size. In fact this unit is larger than our home as we live in a RSL Village one bedroom unit so it was absolutely great to have so much space. Outdoor setting, own BBQ table and chairs front and back, units did not really overlook the other 3 on the block. It is without contradiction a complete home away from home. Walk in and start your holiday not having to have packed pepper, salt, bread board, bread knife, toilet spray, insect spray and the documents showing use of TV, stove etc were there if you had a problem operating anything. Thanks to the owners for all the thought put into setting these units up for us to enjoy and we did. I kept walking around and saying "Look they have even thought of this or that."

We arrived on an extremely hot day to find the blinds pulled shut with the airconditioner going, it was fantastic and so cool! Really liked the little touches, ice cubes in the freezer, stubby holders, tea & coffee, water & milk.

Wonderful experience. Mulwala/Yarrawonga had plenty to offer a 65 year old grandmother and her two 19 year old granddaughters on a road trip... The DBJ Units were exceptional, and the friendly and helpful manner of the Manager, Danielle, made the holiday even more enjoyable. The swimming pool made the few days away even more glamorous.

We loved our stay at DBJ Holiday units. They units were very clean, stylish, spacious and very good value for money. The kitchen was well set up with lots of little extras so you didn't have to bring much with you. The extra TV inside the wardrobe of the master bedroom was very clever and the private BBQ facilities were also a nice touch. We stayed mid-week so it was nice and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves for one day before 3 other families (with 12 kids in total) arrived but I guess that was a bonus! We'd be very happy to stay here again.

These Units are very reasonably priced considering the great service by the owners, who made sure that everything was perfect for our arrival, and the amenities are fantastic, the Units are lovely and spotless. Our every need was catered for, even to the last minor detail. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable value for money, close to the lake and all the clubs. I've never stayed anywhere that was as clean, and well fitted out could not wish for anything more. The manager was more than helpful.

Very helpful when it came to the booking. The unit was great. Exceeded all expectations and way cheaper than staying a motel and it was a home away from home. :) Very very happy... will be back again.

It was surprisingly modern and spacious for the price. The property had all the facilities that you could want for a short or long break. Supermarket and newsagent are within walking distance.

I have stayed at DBJ 3 times now and it is a lovely clean quiet place to stay, having the pool is a bonus and nothing is a problem for the owners to help you with if required.

Excellent place to stay, great for the kids having the pool. People who look after the property attend to any problems as matter of urgency, have stayed many times and will continue to do so.
